About Me
I began writing as a teen and have never stopped. After college, I began my career as a teacher, wife and mother. A born storyteller, something I learned at the knees of my grandmother, I soon began writing stories for my students. This translated into becoming an author.
My first two books are children’s books. I moved on to historical fiction novels soon after I wrote a children’s chapter book. Now I spend my time writing faith-based historical novels filled with hope, love, and faith. It is my prayer that the words I write bring glory to God.
After working as a teacher and an administrator in education for thirty-two years, I now live in Georgetown, Texas with my husband, a herd of deer and two turkey toms. I enjoy writing, meeting with my writer friends, Bible studies, and teaching fourth and fifth graders in Kids Ministry.
